Additional duties encompass effective communication for job-specific information, team collaboration, and participation in training programs. You will also be expected to adhere to project requirements and departmental objectives, following technical protocols and general procedures. Performing quality audits as per process requirements is also a vital part of this role.

Candidates must hold a graduate degree and possess between 1.6 to 5 years of experience within an international BPO banking setting. A mandatory, expert-level understanding of KYC/AML/CDD is essential for this position. Proficiency in oral and written English communication is required, alongside flexibility to work night shifts.
