Join our dynamic team as a Senior Operations Processing Analyst or Team Leader in the Banking and Financial Services sector. This role is pivotal in managing daily workflows, ensuring team adherence to strict service level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TAT), and productivity targets. You will be a key quality checkpoint and technical authority, responsible for highly complex financial statement analysis and the resolution of critical accounting variances. Oversee daily workflow allocation and real-time queue management to meet SLAs and productivity goals. Analyze, review, and approve complex borrower financial statements, including large corporate portfolios and multi-entity structures. Serve as the final quality control for financial normalization, adjustments, and reclassifications. Investigate and resolve escalated discrepancies and complex accounting variances. Lead quality audits, risk-control activities, and ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards. Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for spreading systems, accounting frameworks, and best practices. Conduct performance reviews, analyze productivity, and implement action plans for process improvement. Drive automation, standardization, and process transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials. Manage training programs, onboard new hires, and mentor junior analysts and associates. Collaborate with clients and onshore teams to exchange financial data and address credit queries. Facilitate team meetings and manage shift rosters for optimal capacity.

We are seeking candidates with 6-8 years of experience in Banking BPO or Financial Services operations, including 1-2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

Demonstrate advanced, expert-level knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), financial statement interpretation, and complex credit risk concepts. Exceptional financial analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring capabilities are crucial for success in this high-pressure environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary for leading client calls and articulating complex financial risk observations effectively. Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain operational coverage is required. Professional certifications like CFA, CPA, CMA, or FRM are advantageous.
