Manage day-to-day workflow allocation and monitor real-time queues to meet strict SLAs, TAT, and productivity targets. Analyze, review, and approve complex borrower financial statements, including large corporate portfolios and multi-entity structures. Act as the final quality checkpoint for financial normalization, adjustments, and reclassifications. Investigate and resolve high-level discrepancies and complex accounting variances. Lead quality audits and risk-control activities to ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards.

Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for spreading systems, accounting frameworks, and best practices. Drive operational excellence, automation, and process transformation initiatives. Strategize, design, and maintain comprehensive process documentation and SOPs. Manage training programs, onboard new hires, and mentor junior analysts and associates. Partner closely with clients and onshore teams to exchange critical financial data and address complex credit queries. Facilitate team meetings and manage shift rosters for optimal capacity planning.

Requires 6–8 years of experience in Banking BPO or Financial Services operations, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance is essential. Possess advanced, expert-level knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), financial statement interpretation, and complex credit risk concepts.

Demonstrate exceptional financial analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities under tight schedules. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis tools, and workflow management systems is required. Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills are crucial for driving performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary to lead client calls and articulate complex financial risks effectively. Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain operational coverage is expected. Professional certifications like CFA, CPA, CMA, or FRM are advantageous.
