Your primary focus will be analyzing SWIFT messages (MT103, MT202, MT199/MT99, MT750, etc.) to detect potential sanctions risks and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will audit SWIFT message types, manage Nostro and Vostro accounts with precision, and escalate any suspicious transactions.
Key duties include identifying discrepancies and missing information, consistently meeting service level agreements and quality targets, and adhering strictly to internal controls and risk management policies. Effective utilization of SWIFT tools like SWS, FAQ Connector, and SSW systems is essential. You will also actively participate in training, team discussions, and contribute to process improvements.
We seek candidates with 2-4 years of experience in Banking BPO operations, specifically in payment processing and compliance functions. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or Finance is required.
Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of SWIFT message formats, sanctions screening principles, and banking operations related to inward/outward payments. Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are a must. Effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and flexibility for scheduled shifts are also necessary.
