Join our dynamic team as a Banking Operations Associate, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations.

This position focuses on meticulous execution of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes. You will be instrumental in maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Analyze and execute KYC/CDD processes by thoroughly understanding Standard Operating Procedures. Interpret critical KYC-related documents and accurately capture information within the designated applications. Adhere strictly to all established standardized processes and procedures to ensure operational consistency. Provide clear and grammatically correct written communication in English for reporting and documentation. Regularly review and update knowledge of operational and administrative procedures, ensuring full process compliance. Participate actively in training programs designed to enhance business capabilities. Attend team meetings and engage in customer calls as needed to support operational objectives.

A minimum of two years of experience in Banking BPO is highly preferred for this role. Possession of a University degree or equivalent, requiring at least three years of formal study in Accounting & Commerce, is necessary. Demonstrated proficiency in using computers with Windows PC applications for over one year, including keyboard navigation and learning new software, is essential. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work (compensated with a compensatory off), between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM, is required. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English are vital for effective information exchange with our clients.
