Execute the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes accurately by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Interpret critical KYC-related documents, ensuring all information is correctly captured within the designated applications. Maintain strict compliance with all established operational and administrative procedures, keeping them updated and fully integrated into your workflow.

Participate actively in ongoing training programs tailored to business needs and attend essential team meetings and client calls. You will communicate effectively in English, ensuring clear and grammatically sound written and verbal exchanges.

A university degree or equivalent, with a focus on Accounting & Commerce, is required. Prior experience of at least two years in Banking BPO is highly preferred. Demonstrated computer proficiency, including at least one year of experience with Windows PC applications, keyboard use, screen navigation, and learning new software, is essential.

Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills in English. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, which may include Monday-Friday and weekends (with compensatory off), within the hours of 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, is necessary for this role.
