Maintain essential service level agreements (SLAs) and provide regular reports to the team manager. Anticipate potential problems and know when to adapt standard practices. Seek assistance or resolve intricate issues using in-depth process knowledge. Adhere strictly to project requirements and achieve department objectives. Follow all technical protocols and general procedures as guided by department goals. Communicate effectively to coordinate job-specific information and foster team collaboration. Participate actively in training programs to meet business needs. Attend team meetings and customer calls as required. Conduct quality audits based on specific process requirements.

This role is ideal for a Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in an international BPO banking process, including at least 3 years specifically in KYC. A mandatory requirement is an excellent understanding or subject matter expertise in KYC/AML/CDD. Flexibility to work night shifts is essential for this position. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English are a must.
