As a senior member of the team, you will be instrumental in managing daily workflows, ensuring adherence to stringent service level agreements, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in financial statement analysis. Your leadership will directly impact the team's performance and the accuracy of our credit risk assessments.

Oversee daily workflow allocation and monitor queues to ensure strict adherence to SLAs, turnaround times, and productivity targets.

Analyze and approve complex financial statements for large corporate portfolios and intricate multi-entity structures.

Serve as the final quality checkpoint for financial normalization and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Investigate and resolve escalated discrepancies and complex accounting variances.

Lead quality audits and risk-control activities, ensuring full compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards.

Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for spreading systems and financial statement analysis.

A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in Banking BPO or Financial Services operations, including 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity, is preferred.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

Possess advanced, expert-level knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), financial statement interpretation, and complex credit risk concepts.

Demonstrate exceptional financial analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools is essential.

Strong leadership and people management skills are crucial for driving team performance.
