- Manage daily workflow allocation and monitor real-time queues to ensure team adherence to strict SLAs, TAT, and productivity targets. - Analyze, review, and approve complex borrower financial statements, including large corporate portfolios and multi-entity structures. - Serve as the final quality checkpoint and technical expert for financial normalization, adjustments, and reclassifications. - Investigate and resolve high-level discrepancies, accounting variances, and unusual financial trends escalated by the team. - Lead quality audits, risk-control activities, and process audits, ensuring full compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards. - Act as the primary SME and operational contact for spreading systems, complex accounting frameworks, and process best practices. - Conduct performance reviews, analyze productivity variations, and implement targeted action plans for process errors. - Drive operational excellence, automation, standardization, and process transformation initiatives. - Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and training materials. - Manage training programs, oversee new hire onboarding, and mentor junior analysts and associates. - Collaborate with clients and onshore teams to exchange financial data and address complex credit queries. - Facilitate team meetings, manage shift rosters, and ensure optimal team capacity planning.

- 6-8 years of experience in Banking BPO or Financial Services operations, with 1-2 years in a senior, mentoring, or supervisory capacity. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. - Expert-level knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), financial statement interpretation, and complex credit risk concepts. - Exceptional financial analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under tight schedules. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis tools, and workflow management systems. - Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to lead client calls. - Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain operational coverage. - Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, FRM, or equivalent are advantageous.
