Join our dynamic team as a Senior Operations Processing Analyst or Team Leader, playing a crucial role in managing and enhancing our financial operations. This position is instrumental in overseeing daily workflows, ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and driving operational excellence.

You will be responsible for analyzing and approving complex financial statements, acting as a key quality control point, and resolving intricate accounting variances. This role requires expert-level knowledge of financial principles and a strong ability to lead and mentor team members.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in financial services operations, exceptional leadership qualities, and a passion for driving process improvements and transformations.

Oversee daily workflow allocation and monitor real-time queues to meet strict SLAs, TAT, and productivity targets. Analyze, review, and approve highly complex borrower financial statements, including large corporate portfolios and intricate multi-entity structures. Serve as the final quality checkpoint and technical authority for financial normalization, adjustments, and reclassifications. Investigate and resolve high-level discrepancies, complex accounting variances, and unusual financial trends. Lead quality audits, risk-control activities, and internal/external process audits to ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards. Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for spreading systems, complex accounting frameworks, and best practices. Drive operational excellence, automation, standardization, and process transformation initiatives. Strategize, design, and maintain comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and training materials. Manage training programs, oversee new hire onboarding, and mentor analysts and associates. Partner closely with clients, onshore Credit Analysts, and Underwriters to exchange critical financial data and address complex credit queries.

A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Banking BPO or Financial Services operations is preferred, including 1-2 years in a senior, mentoring, or supervisory capacity. Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Demonstrate advanced, expert-level knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), financial statement interpretation, and complex credit risk concepts. Exhibit exceptional financial analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities under tight schedules. Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis tools, and workflow management systems. Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring capabilities are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to independently lead client calls and articulate complex financial risk observations. Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain operational coverage. Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, FRM, or equivalent are advantageous.
