Key responsibilities include performing thorough KYC banking and screening, alongside managing the credit rating process by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be tasked with interpreting various KYC-related documents and capturing essential information within the designated application. Maintaining strict adherence to all approved standardized processes and procedures is a core function of this role. Additionally, you will contribute narrative content in English, ensuring proper grammar and sentence structure. Keeping operational and administrative procedures current and fully compliant is essential, alongside acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team and facilitating training programs.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Banking BPO sector is preferred. Candidates should possess a university degree or equivalent, requiring at least 3 years of formal study, specifically in Accounting or Commerce.

Essential skills include 1+ year of experience using Windows PC applications, demonstrating proficiency in keyboard usage, screen navigation, and learning new software tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are mandatory for effective information exchange with our clients. This role requires the ability to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
