Join our specialized team as a Joint Recovery Processing/Chargeback Analyst, focusing on in-depth financial investigations and assessments. Key responsibilities include analyzing and processing fraud and dispute cases using the TDR system, managing the entire chargeback lifecycle according to association rules, and proactively investigating potential fraud. You will process retrieval requests, handle cardholder and non-cardholder disputes for monetary recovery, and respond to merchant challenges.

Further duties involve responding to merchant rebuttals for continued recovery, decisioning pre-arbitration and case filing, and engaging in good-faith collections. You will also maintain a deep understanding of association rules, identify fraud trends through case management, and report on fraud types as required. Adherence to departmental escalation, quality standards, and PCI compliance is essential.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by 1-4 years of credit card and/or financial experience, preferably with recoveries/chargeback experience in the financial services sector. A solid understanding of association rules and regulations is crucial, with TS2/TDR knowledge being an advantage.

Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, and excellent English communication, including active listening, probing, and negotiation. Candidates should possess adaptability, flexibility, focus, reliability, and a willingness for continuous learning. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under time constraints, strong keyboarding skills, and a positive attitude are also required.
