We are seeking a skilled Banking Operations Analyst with a strong background in international BPO banking processes. This role requires a graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience and a mandatory, in-depth understanding of KYC, AML, and CDD.

Flexibility to work night shifts is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration and problem-solving within a team environment.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to critical banking operations and develop expertise in compliance and risk management.

Key responsibilities include maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and providing regular reports to management. You will be expected to anticipate operational issues, identify deviations from standard practices, and proactively seek assistance for complex problem resolution.

Adherence to project requirements and departmental objectives is crucial. This involves following technical protocols and general procedures, as well as effectively communicating job-specific information and collaborating with team members.

Participation in training programs and team meetings is also part of the role. Additionally, you will conduct quality audits based on process requirements and may be required to attend customer calls.

A graduate degree is required, alongside a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in an international BPO banking process. Expertise in KYC, AML, and CDD is mandatory for this position.

Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of KYC/AML concepts and processes. The ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and potentially lead a team is highly valued.
