Collaborate with BCG Consulting and BCG X teams to address intricate business and technology challenges. Design, develop, and deploy robust software and data solutions across diverse technical domains. Apply engineering best practices throughout the entire development lifecycle to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Contribute actively to agile teams through continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and process improvement.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, with graduation anticipated between December 2026 and July 2027. Candidates should possess 6 to 10 months of relevant internship or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both Portuguese and English is essential. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or JavaScript are expected. Foundational knowledge of software and/or data engineering concepts, including databases and APIs, is necessary. An excellent problem-solving aptitude, a collaborative spirit, and a keen eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment are key.
