Seeking a skilled Senior Associate for Backup Systems Administration to manage and maintain enterprise backup solutions. This role involves ensuring data protection, high availability, and compliance with data policies.

Key responsibilities include incident and change management, capacity planning, and creating comprehensive system operation reports.

Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise backup systems such as Commvault, Veeam, IBM Spectrum Protect, NetBackup, and Networker.

Manage daily backup operations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis, alongside regular restore testing and recovery support.

Administer backend storage and Data Domain infrastructure, ensuring high availability and data protection across diverse environments.

Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for backup coverage and capacity planning. Document configurations, procedures, and recovery processes to ensure compliance and security standards are met.

Requires 5-6 years of relevant experience in backup systems administration.

Proficiency in industry-leading backup software and hardware, including Commvault, Veeam, IBM Spectrum Protect, NetBackup, Networker, and DataDomain.

Strong understanding of ITIL practices and experience with IT Asset Management tools like ServiceNow is essential.

Excellent communication, customer service, and analytical thinking skills are required to effectively manage challenging situations and meet data backup requirements.
