As a Business Analyst, you will orchestrate requirements gathering through workshops with key stakeholders in Trade Operations, Risk Management, and Compliance. You will meticulously document business logic and regulatory requirements, guiding development and QA teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Your role will involve acting as the primary liaison between Corporate Banking business units and IT delivery teams, managing stakeholder expectations effectively. Additionally, you will develop essential documentation such as user training manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clearly outlining system workflow changes. You will also design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, validate financial data migrations to ensure accuracy and zero data loss, and manage defect resolution processes using Jira.

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with a deep, hands-on understanding of Trade Finance products, including Commercial Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, and Bank Guarantees. Strong analytical skills coupled with expertise in data mapping, SQL querying for validation, and visual process modeling using BPMN or UML are essential.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and managing backlogs within Jira and Confluence, is required. Prior experience with TRADE 360 is a significant advantage. Experience with other tier-1 trade finance platforms like Finastra Fusion Corporate Channels, China Systems, or Intellect Design is also highly desirable.
