Spearhead enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategies, aligning with organizational goals. Develop and implement business analysis frameworks, governance standards, and best practices. Lead extensive requirement engineering initiatives, including BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, and User Stories. Establish enterprise-wide standards for requirement documentation, traceability, and change management. Govern backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement processes.

Drive business process improvements and enhance requirement management maturity. Conduct requirement reviews and lead business solution assessments. Define standards for business analysis deliverables and stakeholder communication. Guide teams on requirements engineering, Agile analysis, and business process modeling. Identify and mitigate requirement-related risks and challenges. Collaborate with leadership to align business initiatives with organizational objectives.

Champion continuous improvement in business analysis maturity and requirement quality. Establish best practices for requirement governance and organizational capability development. Define governance and best practices for adopting AI-assisted business analysis tools to enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness while ensuring compliance and data security.
