In this role, you will engage with business users and stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements, developing comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. You will coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and act as a crucial liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of requirement-related queries.

Furthermore, you will effectively interact with senior stakeholders, providing project updates and flagging any blockers. A key aspect of this position involves working within an Agile model, with the capacity to also fulfill the Scrum Master role as needed, ensuring smooth project execution and team collaboration.

We are looking for a proven Business Analyst with extensive experience in Capital Markets and Finance domains, specifically within Model Risk and Operational Risk areas. A strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, including the ability to perform Scrum Master duties, is essential.

Technical proficiency includes the ability to write complex SQL queries and analyze data from database tables. Mandatory competencies encompass deep knowledge of the Financial Services domain, expertise in BRD, FRD creation, story development, requirement gathering, root cause analysis, and business process modelling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are paramount for success in this role.
