Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders to meticulously gather, analyze, and refine requirements. Develop comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and other essential project documentation. Create and maintain detailed user stories, ensuring clear and actionable functional acceptance criteria are defined.

Facilitate and support users throughout the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. Serve as a crucial liaison between business and development teams, providing necessary clarifications and resolving requirement-related inquiries efficiently. Effectively communicate project status, updates, and any potential blockers to senior stakeholders in a prompt and transparent manner.

Additionally, you will be expected to skillfully operate as a Scrum Master within an Agile framework, ensuring smooth project execution and team collaboration.

A strong background as a Business Analyst with proven experience specifically within the Capital Markets and Finance domains is essential. Prior experience working with Model Risk and Operational Risk areas is also required.

Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment is crucial, with the ability to seamlessly transition into the Scrum Master role. You should possess a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical hands-on experience applying them. Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and perform data analysis from database tables, is a must.

Key competencies include expertise in Financial Services (FS) domain, comprehensive Business Analyst skills such as Story Creation, BRD, and FRD Creation, deep knowledge of Agile and SCRUM, Requirement Gathering, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Business Process Modelling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are fundamental for success in this role.
