NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with over a decade of experience in the banking sector, specializing in lending and credit.

This role is crucial for driving end-to-end lending and credit lifecycle transformations. You will be instrumental in translating business goals into robust technology and business solutions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate extensively with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Credit/Risk teams, Operations, and Technology departments, to spearhead process improvements, digitization efforts, and the implementation of innovative lending platforms.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and defining complete lending and credit processes, from origination to closure. You will lead As-Is/To-Be process mapping, identifying areas for automation and digital enhancement.

This role involves eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement. Developing essential documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories will be vital.

Collaboration with technology teams to design solutions, APIs, and system integrations is expected. You will also actively participate in Agile ceremonies, support UAT, and provide post-production support to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Banking, with a deep focus on Lending and Credit, is required.

Proven ability to analyze and improve end-to-end lending processes is essential. Strong skills in requirement elicitation, documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories), and process mapping are necessary.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks is a must. The role demands excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
