We are seeking a professional with a deep understanding of core banking processes and a passion for innovation. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of banking by leveraging AI and digital technologies.

As a key liaison, you will engage with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and development squads to translate strategic objectives into well-defined requirements. You will document these as epics, features, and user stories, ensuring clarity and stakeholder alignment.

Your role involves providing functional expertise across core banking areas, supporting solution design and customization, and contributing to proposal development. You will also stay abreast of market trends and AI advancements to offer valuable insights.

A minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Deposits, Lending, or Banking Transformation is required.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks is essential. You should possess a strong grasp of core banking platforms, products, and industry best practices. Experience in proposal development and a solid understanding of current banking trends, AI use cases, and fintech innovations are crucial.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective stakeholder management. Experience with consulting organizations is an added advantage.
