Join NTT DATA as a Senior AI Engineer and drive innovation in enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing AI applications that deliver tangible business value. You will collaborate with a diverse team to transform complex business needs into scalable, intelligent automation.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI expert with deep knowledge in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, and modern software engineering. You'll be instrumental in taking AI solutions from concept through to production, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Design and implement advanced AI-powered applications, including Generative AI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI solutions. Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and sophisticated prompt engineering strategies. Build and customize Microsoft Copilot and AI assistants to enhance productivity. Implement business process automation using Power Automate and integrate AI services into intelligent workflows.

Leverage Azure AI services for scalable cloud-native development, create reusable APIs and microservices, and optimize AI infrastructure. Develop solutions with open-source models, fine-tune them for specific use cases, and manage model inference. Focus on optimizing AI applications for performance, cost, and adherence to responsible AI principles.

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field is required, complemented by 8+ years in software engineering and 3+ years specifically in AI/ML/Generative AI solution development. Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices is essential.

Solid experience with Azure AI services and cloud-native application development is crucial. You should have a proven track record of building enterprise applications integrating LLMs and Generative AI capabilities, alongside experience in API development, microservices, and enterprise system integration. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are a must.
