Provide essential L2/L3 support for Azure services, vigilantly monitoring platform health, security, performance, and availability. Engage actively in incident, problem, change, and service management activities, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions. Manage the lifecycle, maintenance, and operational readiness of Azure services. Deploy, manage, and optimize Azure infrastructure and services, with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID, Networking, VMs, Storage, and monitoring solutions. Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like PowerShell and Bicep, and create automation scripts. Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to drive standardization and self-service capabilities. Implement cloud solutions, manage technical changes, and support testing and deployment processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and drive improvements in platform performance and security.

A strong foundation in Azure, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering is essential, complemented by 7+ years of IT support or cloud technology experience. Expertise in Azure IaaS and PaaS services is required, along with significant working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Automation, Azure Arc, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Microsoft Sentinel, and Azure Networking. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python for automation is crucial. A solid understanding of IaC principles, cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks is necessary. Experience with DevOps practices, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management is expected. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills are key. The ability to manage priorities effectively, collaborate across teams, and deliver exceptional customer service is vital. Azure certifications and ITIL knowledge are considered advantageous.
