Lead end-to-end DevOps delivery for large-scale multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms, encompassing planning, technical governance, sprint alignment, and execution.

Define and uphold rigorous engineering standards across CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, containerization, deployment patterns, security, and operational readiness.

Take ownership of SLA/KPI metrics, ensuring sprint predictability, delivery quality, automation maturity, and adherence to reporting commitments.

Effectively manage stakeholders by collaborating with architects, client teams, security, and PMs to track scope, risks, dependencies, and drive decisions.

Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on cloud platforms, DevOps toolchains, container security, observability, and release governance.

Thrive in Agile environments, demonstrating strong skills in planning, estimation, documentation, troubleshooting, and coordination.

Mandatory technical proficiencies include CI/CD & DevOps Tooling (Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, CI/CD Pipeline Configuration with YAML), Containers & Orchestration (Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS, Azure Container Registry - ACR), Monitoring, Logging & Observability (Azure Monitor, Application Insights), PaaS solutions (Azure App Service, WebJobs via KUDU), Azure CLI, Azure Bicep, and PowerShell.

We seek candidates with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable collaborating with diverse teams to ensure project success.

A solid understanding of Agile methodologies, planning, estimation, documentation, troubleshooting, and coordination is essential. Experience with ECB/DORA principles and guidelines for PaaS/IaaS solutions is considered a plus.
