We are seeking a Principal Engineer with expertise in Azure DevOps to lead transformative projects. Lead end-to-end DevOps delivery, including planning, technical governance, sprint alignment, and execution for large-scale multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms. Define and enforce robust engineering standards for CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, containerization, deployment strategies, security, and operational readiness.

Own and govern critical SLA/KPI metrics, focusing on sprint predictability, delivery quality, automation maturity, and reporting accuracy. Collaborate effectively with architects, client teams, security, and project managers to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Provide strong technical leadership and guidance across cloud platforms, DevOps toolchains, container security, observability, and release governance. Thrive in Agile environments, utilizing strong planning, estimation, documentation, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.

A strong command of CI/CD and DevOps tooling is essential, including Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, CI/CD pipeline configuration with YAML. Proficiency in Containers & Orchestration with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Registry (ACR) is required.

Expertise in Monitoring, Logging & Observability using Azure Monitor and Application Insights is necessary. Experience with PaaS solutions like Azure App Service and WebJobs (KUDU) is mandatory, alongside strong skills in Azure Bicep, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.

Familiarity with ECB/DORA principles for PaaS/IaaS solutions is a valuable asset. The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
