Lead end-to-end DevOps delivery for large-scale multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms, encompassing planning, technical governance, sprint alignment, and execution.

Define and enforce robust engineering standards across CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, containerization, deployment patterns, security, and operational readiness.

Own and govern critical SLA/KPI metrics, ensuring sprint predictability, high delivery quality, automation maturity, and commitment to reporting.

Leverage strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with architects, client teams, security personnel, and PMs, actively tracking scope, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Provide expert technical leadership and guidance across cloud platforms, DevOps toolchains, container security, observability, and release governance. Demonstrate comfort and proficiency in Agile environments, coupled with strong planning, estimation, documentation, troubleshooting, and coordination abilities.

Mandatory Skills: - CI/CD & DevOps Tooling (Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, CI/CD Pipeline Configuration with YAML) - Containers & Orchestration (Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Registry (ACR)) - Monitoring, Logging & Observability (Azure Monitor, Application Insights) - PaaS (Azure App Service, WebJobs (KUDU)) - Scripting & Automation (Azure Bicep, PowerShell, Azure CLI)

Mandatory Competencies: - Proven ability to lead complex DevOps initiatives. - Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have: - Understanding of ECB and DORA principles/guidelines for PaaS/IaaS solutions.
