Lead comprehensive DevOps delivery, encompassing planning, technical governance, sprint alignment, and execution for large-scale, multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms.

Establish and uphold stringent engineering standards across CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, containerization, deployment strategies, security protocols, and operational readiness.

Take ownership of and manage SLA/KPI metrics, focusing on sprint predictability, delivery quality, automation maturity, and reporting accuracy.

Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively collaborating with architects, client teams, security personnel, and project managers to monitor scope, identify risks, manage dependencies, and facilitate decision-making.

Provide expert technical leadership and guidance in areas such as cloud platforms, DevOps toolchains, container security, observability solutions, and release governance.

Thrive in Agile frameworks, utilizing robust planning, estimation, documentation, troubleshooting, and coordination abilities.

Proven ability to lead end-to-end DevOps delivery, including planning, technical governance, sprint alignment, and execution for complex, multi-cloud Kubernetes environments.

Expertise in defining and enforcing engineering standards for CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, containerization, deployment patterns, security, and operational readiness.

Demonstrated success in owning and governing SLA/KPI metrics related to sprint predictability, delivery quality, automation maturity, and reporting commitments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a track record of collaborating effectively with architects, client teams, security, and PMs to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Proficiency in providing technical leadership across cloud platforms, DevOps toolchains, container security, observability, and release governance.

Experience working within Agile methodologies, with strong skills in planning, estimation, documentation, troubleshooting, and coordination.

Mandatory skills include CI/CD & DevOps Tooling (Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, CI/CD Pipeline Configuration with YAML), Containers & Orchestration (Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Registry (ACR)), Monitoring, Logging & Observability (Azure Monitor, Application Insights), PaaS (Azure App Service, WebJobs (KUDU)), and scripting languages like Azure Bicep, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.

A foundational understanding of ECB/DORA principles and guidelines for PaaS/IaaS solutions is advantageous.
