Join NTT DATA as an Azure Data Factory & Integration Support Engineer (L2) in Noida, India. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on providing critical production and operational support for Azure Data Factory pipelines, MuleSoft APIs, and enterprise integrations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our integration platforms.

- Provide L2 production support and monitoring for Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines and related integrations. - Troubleshoot and resolve ADF pipeline failures, including reruns and data validation. - Monitor and support MuleSoft APIs and integration flows, addressing production issues. - Manage production incidents, conduct initial impact assessments, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs. - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and coordinate permanent fixes. - Utilize SQL for data validation and troubleshooting. - Monitor Azure resources, alerts, and integration performance using Azure Portal and Azure Monitor. - Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders for incident resolution and deployments. - Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. - Participate in shift handovers, on-call support, and release activities. - Ensure accurate incident logging and communication via the ticketing system.

- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Integration Support. - At least 2 years of direct experience supporting Azure Data Factory pipelines in production. - Proven experience supporting enterprise-grade integrations and APIs. - Practical experience in investigating pipeline failures, validating data, and resolving integration issues. - Familiarity with SLA-driven support environments is beneficial. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - A customer-focused and proactive approach to incident resolution. - Willingness to work rotational shifts and participate in on-call support. - Technical proficiency with Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Azure Portal, Azure Monitor, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Postman. - Experience with Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is essential.
