Key duties involve managing the full account lifecycle (Joiners, Movers, Leavers), including user provisioning and deprovisioning, as well as permissions management. Continuous monitoring of Active Directory health, performing routine maintenance, cleanup, and optimization activities are essential. Collaboration with IAM, Security, Workplace, and Infrastructure teams is crucial for issue resolution and supporting operational initiatives. Adherence to SLAs, change management processes, and operational procedures, alongside maintaining comprehensive documentation and runbooks, will be expected.
We are looking for candidates with 6 to 12 years of dedicated experience in Active Directory administration and support within enterprise or managed service settings. A proven track record with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Group Policy (GPO), and user/group administration is required. A strong foundational understanding of authentication, authorization, access control, and identity management principles is necessary.
Experience in managing account lifecycle processes, access provisioning, permissions, and directory service operations is vital. Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Windows Server environments, and fundamental networking concepts is expected. Familiarity with IT service management, incident management, change management, and operational support frameworks is beneficial. Exposure to Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid identity environments is a strong plus.
