Join NTT DATA as an Axway Systems Integration Sr. Analyst and drive innovation in our Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms. This role is crucial for supporting the transition of MFT services from incumbent vendors and ensuring the stability and security of our enterprise file transfer operations. You will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our Axway MFT infrastructure, contributing to secure, reliable, and compliant data exchange across the organization.

Key responsibilities include managing the transition of MFT services, encompassing knowledge acquisition, risk assessment, and service stabilization. You will also be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Axway MFT components like SecureTransport, CFT, and Gateway. Core duties involve user and partner onboarding, certificate management, security policy implementation, performance tuning, and monitoring MFT environments. Additionally, you will troubleshoot connectivity and transfer failures, ensure high availability and disaster recovery, and implement encryption standards. Automation of administrative tasks through scripting and participation in security patching are also vital aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with strong, hands-on experience with the Axway MFT Suite, including SecureTransport, CFT, and Gateway. Proficiency in Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server administration is essential, along with a solid understanding of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2 protocols, and SSL/TLS, PGP encryption. Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and database technologies like Oracle or SQL Server is required. Familiarity with load balancers (F5, Netscaler) and basic scripting in Shell, PowerShell, or Python is highly beneficial. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is expected.
