Your core responsibilities will involve leading the transition of MFT platforms from incumbent vendors, including knowledge acquisition and ensuring environment stabilization. You'll be responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrading, and ongoing maintenance of Axway MFT components. This includes managing user and partner onboarding, certificate management, configuring transfer workflows, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.

Additionally, you will implement security standards such as PGP and SSL/TLS, manage cryptographic assets, and support audit and compliance requirements. A key aspect of the role is driving automation of administrative tasks through scripting and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance service reliability and security.

We are seeking candidates with strong hands-on experience with the Axway MFT Suite, including SecureTransport, CFT, and Gateway. Proficiency in Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server administration is essential. You should have a solid understanding of file transfer protocols like SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and encryption technologies including SSL/TLS and PGP.

Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and database knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server) is required. Experience with load balancers and basic scripting in Shell, PowerShell, or Python is also necessary. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a prerequisite. Preferred qualifications include experience in transition projects, ITIL Foundation certification, and knowledge of cloud platforms.
