Key responsibilities include the administration and configuration of Axway software, encompassing installation, upgrades, and maintenance of components. You will manage routing rules and advanced routing policies to ensure efficient data flow.

This role also involves comprehensive partner and user management, including onboarding new trading partners, managing user accounts, and configuring partner objects for secure file exchanges. You will also be responsible for security and compliance, managing SSL/TLS certificates, SSH keys, PKI, and access controls to uphold data protection standards.

Furthermore, you will be involved in monitoring and troubleshooting, tracking real-time file transfers, resolving delivery failures, and performing root-cause analysis for production incidents. Automation of routine tasks through scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell) and thorough documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and disaster recovery plans are also essential aspects of this position.

This position requires hands-on experience with Axway administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell is essential for automating various transfer tasks. A strong understanding of security protocols, including SSL/TLS certificates, SSH keys, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address production incidents and ensure uninterrupted service. Experience with partner and user management within the Axway environment is expected. This role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
