Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications using AWS services and modern AI frameworks, including Generative AI, Conversational AI, and AI Assistants.

Build scalable AI solutions by translating business requirements into secure applications, developing reusable AI frameworks, APIs, and integration services.

Implement advanced Generative AI capabilities, such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI agents, and optimize LLMs for business-specific use cases.

Develop cloud-native AI applications on AWS, leveraging services like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and Q, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence.

Design and integrate AI-powered workflow automation solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and employee productivity through intelligent process automation.

Implement robust DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps processes for seamless AI application delivery and lifecycle management.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior engineers to promote AI engineering best practices.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required, along with 8+ years of software engineering experience.

Possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience developing AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions, with strong proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices.

Demonstrate experience in building cloud-native applications on AWS, with a solid understanding of API development, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud architectures.

Proven ability to integrate LLMs and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications and deploy AI workloads in production environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in AI or a related discipline, AWS certifications, and experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
