This senior role involves designing and implementing robust CI/CD frameworks using Jenkins and Git to enhance deployment reliability and efficiency. You will define Infrastructure as Code standards with AWS CloudFormation and Terraform, and lead containerization initiatives with Docker.

Key responsibilities include architecting and optimizing AWS hosting environments, driving automation across infrastructure and deployment workflows, and establishing monitoring and observability standards with Amazon CloudWatch. You will also implement event-driven patterns using SNS, SQS, and EventBridge, review infrastructure code for adherence to standards, and troubleshoot complex issues.

Further duties involve collaborating with stakeholders for seamless cloud delivery, mentoring team members on DevOps practices and cloud engineering, and driving continuous improvement in platform reliability, scalability, and security. Mentoring junior engineers and balancing platform objectives with business priorities are also key aspects of this role.

We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with 6-8 years of experience. A strong understanding of CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git is essential. Proficiency in cloud cost awareness and resource optimization is required.

Candidates must have a solid foundation in networking and security within AWS, including VPC, Security Groups, NACLs, Route 53, IAM, KMS, and Secrets Manager. Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Docker, AWS App Runner, and SQS is mandatory.

Additional desirable skills include containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Azure Bicep, and PowerShell. Demonstrating strong ownership, effective collaboration, and an automation-first mindset are crucial behavioral competencies.
