This role focuses on designing, implementing, and automating robust cloud infrastructure on AWS using AWS CDK and TypeScript. You will be instrumental in building scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and sophisticated CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless application deployments.

Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure leveraging AWS CDK and TypeScript for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Develop reusable, scalable IaC solutions. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline. Automate the deployment of cloud-native applications across various AWS environments. Configure and manage key AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, VPC, IAM, and CloudFront. Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and observability strategies using CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry. Manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, specifically Amazon EKS. Collaborate with development, security, and platform teams to ensure secure and reliable deployments. Enforce security best practices through IAM policies, encryption, secrets management, and network security configurations.

A minimum of 5 years of in-depth, hands-on experience with AWS CDK and TypeScript is essential. Demonstrate expertise across a wide range of AWS Cloud Services. Possess strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and best practices. Previous experience with IaC tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform is beneficial. Proven hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies. Familiarity with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, with a focus on Amazon EKS. Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and scripting languages like Python or Bash. Experience utilizing Git-based source control systems.
