Develop and deploy multi-agent solutions using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain, with a focus on rapid prototyping and successful production implementation. Implement core functionalities like orchestration, tool calling, state/memory management, checkpointing, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) processes. Integrate MCP and A2A capabilities. Build and operate solutions on AWS, leveraging Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. Develop production-ready APIs and integration services. Establish automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, AI evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, and security controls, including IAM and secrets management. Troubleshoot and optimize live solutions for performance, reliability, latency, and cost-effectiveness.

A strong software engineering background with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related development, specifically in Python. Proven hands-on experience with LangGraph/LangChain and production deployment of Agentic AI and multi-agent systems is essential. Expertise in AWS, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, and practical experience implementing MCP and A2A. Solid understanding of RAG, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, tool calling, state/memory, and HITL concepts. Familiarity with APIs/FastAPI, Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and production debugging. Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp established designs and independently deliver high-quality production solutions.
