Seeking a skilled Automation Selenium Testing Technical Lead to drive our testing initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in designing and implementing robust automation frameworks.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript and Python.

Execute UI, API, and end-to-end test automation, focusing on efficiency and scalability.

Develop Python-based automation scripts and implement test frameworks. Utilize fixture-based architectures, reusable components, and the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.

Perform rigorous database testing with SQL, preferably with Oracle databases.

Test AI Chatbots, Conversational AI platforms, and GenAI applications, including prompt testing and validation of dynamic outputs.

Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Playwright, TypeScript, and Python is essential.

Proven ability to design and build automation frameworks from scratch is required. Strong proficiency in UI, API, and end-to-end test automation using Playwright is a must.

Experience with Python automation development, scripting, and test framework implementation is key. Familiarity with fixture-based test architecture, reusable components, and POM is expected.

Skilled in SQL and database testing, with Oracle experience being a significant advantage. Experience testing AI-powered applications, including prompt engineering and AI response validation, is highly desirable.

Excellent debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills are necessary. Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code is crucial.

Experience with CI/CD integration (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and Git version control is required. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is expected. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role.
