Seeking a Senior Technical Lead with extensive experience in automation testing to join our Testing Services team. This role requires a strong technical background in Selenium WebDriver and a proven ability to develop robust automation frameworks.

You will be instrumental in driving our automation initiatives, ensuring high-quality software delivery through efficient and effective testing strategies. Your leadership will guide the team in adopting best practices and innovative solutions.

Design and implement advanced automation testing frameworks using Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred). Develop and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Lead the integration of automation tools into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle. Mentor and guide junior team members on automation best practices and technical challenges. Collaborate with development and QA teams to define testing strategies and improve overall software quality.

Demonstrated expertise in Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python strongly preferred) and automation framework development (TestNG/JUnit/Cucumber). Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software development lifecycles (SDLC, STLC, Agile). Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and build tools like Maven/Gradle. Experience with API automation and cross-browser testing environments. Strong analytical acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills are essential.
