Develop and maintain advanced automation test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python. Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions, incorporating TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber. Ensure adherence to SDLC, STLC, and Agile principles. Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven/Gradle. Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify automation opportunities and resolve issues. Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in automation testing.

Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python). Proven ability in automation framework development (TestNG/JUnit/Cucumber) and a solid understanding of OOP concepts. Extensive knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies is essential. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle is required. Familiarity with API automation and cross-browser testing is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
