Seeking a skilled Automation Technical Specialist with a focus on Playwright to join our Testing Services team. This role involves developing and maintaining robust automation frameworks.

Ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in UI, API, and end-to-end test automation, utilizing Playwright with TypeScript and Python. Experience with AI-driven applications and complex data validation is essential.

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright with TypeScript and Python. Execute UI, API, and end-to-end test automation scenarios. Implement Python-based automation development and scripting. Utilize fixture-based test architecture, reusable components, and the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern. Perform database testing, particularly with Oracle databases. Validate AI Chatbots, Conversational AI platforms, and GenAI applications, including AI response validation and prompt testing. Debug, analyze root causes, and troubleshoot complex issues. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable automation code. Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Playwright, TypeScript, and Python is required. Proficiency in designing and developing automation frameworks independently is crucial. Strong experience in UI, API, and end-to-end test automation using Playwright is mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in Python-based automation development and scripting. Familiarity with fixture-based test architecture, reusable components, and the Page Object Model (POM). Solid SQL and database testing skills, with Oracle database experience being a plus. Experience testing AI Chatbots, Conversational AI, or GenAI applications is highly desirable. Ability to validate complex business rules, workflows, and data integrity across multiple systems. Experience handling AI response validation and prompt testing. Excellent debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills are essential. Ability to write well-documented, maintainable automation code. Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Familiarity with Git for source control. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is expected. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
