This position is based in Bangalore, Karnātaka, India.

Define and drive the digital workplace automation roadmap, focusing on customer experience and operational efficiency.

Identify and implement automation opportunities across various service areas, including Service Desk, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and identity management.

Lead the development and deployment of platform-first automation solutions, leveraging reusable patterns and orchestration techniques.

Establish robust governance frameworks for automation intake, prioritization, and execution in line with NTT DATA standards.

Drive AI/GenAI use cases for operational enhancement, ensuring responsible AI deployment with strong governance and security measures.

Experience in defining and executing digital workplace automation strategies, including DeX-led automation and ITSM/ESM workflow automation.

Proficiency in automation platforms and tools such as ServiceNow, and experience with endpoint management, identity, and collaboration platforms.

Skilled in identifying, prototyping, and deploying AI/GenAI solutions for operational improvements, with an understanding of responsible AI principles.

Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for automation initiatives and measure value realization.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the capacity to mentor and build high-performing automation teams.
