Process source videos through Sarvam AI's proprietary dubbing and localization pipeline, conducting thorough end-to-end reviews of each output.

Refine generated audio to ensure precise timing and sync with the original video, adjust dialogue pacing, and correct unnatural breaths or silences.

Skillfully mix and balance dubbed dialogue with original music and sound effects, managing levels, reducing noise, and ensuring adherence to loudness specifications.

Make necessary adjustments to the video components, including editing cuts, trimming for sync, re-timing sequences, burning in subtitles, and preparing files for final export.

Identify and report recurring issues or failure patterns to the engineering team to drive improvements in the AI pipeline. This feedback loop is an integral part of the role.

Uphold consistent quality standards and meet turnaround times for a high volume of files.

Possess strong fundamentals in sound engineering, with a solid understanding of loudness standards, EQ, compression, noise reduction, and dialogue editing principles.

Demonstrate comfort and precision in sync-critical tasks, ensuring audio aligns perfectly with video on a frame-by-frame basis.

Embrace an AI-first approach, focusing on enhancing and correcting AI outputs rather than complete manual reconstruction, and discerning AI's intentional choices from errors.

Exhibit patience and a commitment to consistency when handling a large volume of files and maintaining quality across each one.
