Key responsibilities include architecting and administering Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence. You will optimize Atlassian tools, workflows, governance, and user experience.

Develop integrations using Atlassian REST APIs and drive the adoption of Atlassian Rovo AI and other automation initiatives. Proactively identify platform improvement opportunities and implement solutions. Partner with stakeholders to define and execute the Atlassian roadmap, ensuring platform reliability, security, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in administering Jira, JSM, and Confluence, along with proficiency in Atlassian REST APIs and integrations. Expertise in Atlassian platform optimization and governance is essential.

Hands-on experience with Atlassian Rovo AI is required. We seek individuals who can work independently, drive solutions with minimal direction, and demonstrate strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
