We are seeking individuals with robust technical knowledge, including the ability to interpret accounting standards and reviews, coupled with strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Lead engagements from the Global Delivery Services (GDS) front, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables in alignment with EY GAM and global team expectations.

Conduct thorough reviews of procedures performed by GDS staff, leveraging knowledge of EY tools for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Cultivate strong working relationships with key EY Global counterparts.

Integrate EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into engagement team workflows.

Proactively manage workflows, allocate resources, and monitor team performance against standards.

Exhibit professionalism, competence, and clear communication when interacting with GDS and Global teams.

Establish and deliver clear value propositions to aligned GDS Global teams.

Identify opportunities for scope enhancement for GDS on your engagements.

Standardize review processes and share best practices across engagements.

Motivate, coach, and supervise GDS team members, identifying and nurturing key talent.

Oversee various operational aspects of aligned engagements.

Conduct timely performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and training, leading by example.

A freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 0-1 year of experience in Assurance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is essential.

An inherent interest in business and commerciality is highly desirable.

Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, including the interpretation of accounting standards and reviews.

Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Exhibit strong project management, leadership, coaching, counselling, and supervisory abilities.

Ability to foster a positive work culture, promote teamwork, and embody EY values.

Capability to quickly establish strong working relationships with colleagues both in India and globally.
