As an Assurance Manager in our Real Estate practice, you will be the primary GDS point of contact for engagements serving the Americas region. Your role will encompass end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, timely execution, effective stakeholder management, and robust team leadership. This position involves close collaboration with engagement teams to deliver exceptional assurance services, while championing continuous improvement, digital adoption, and process standardization for a diverse portfolio of Real Estate clients.

Lead and support engagement teams, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery aligned with EY methodologies and standards. Demonstrate technical expertise through service delivery, quality reviews, and proactive risk mitigation. Cultivate strong relationships with Assurance executives, Partners, and key stakeholders across the Americas, acting as a trusted advisor.

Oversee engagement workflow, resource allocation, budget management, and operational performance against KPIs. Drive process improvements, automation, and digital adoption to enhance audit quality and efficiency. Foster an inclusive team culture through effective coaching, mentorship, and career development, ensuring timely performance feedback and talent growth.

To qualify, you'll need to be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, or a Qualified ACCA/CPA with 7-8 years of post-qualification experience. Prior articleship with a Big 4, top-tier, or mid-tier accounting firm is essential.

Experience in external audit and assurance is required, ideally with exposure to Real Estate, REITs, Private Equity Real Estate Funds, Asset Management, or Hospitality clients. Familiarity with US-based Real Estate engagements and US GAAP reporting is preferred. Experience managing engagement teams, stakeholder relationships, and multiple concurrent audits is also valued.
