Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of engagements per EY methodology.

Develop strong relationships with global engagement team counterparts and understand EY's Risk Management procedures.

Oversee the transition of new services to GDS Assurance, manage workflows, allocate resources, and monitor team performance and utilization.

Contribute to organizational initiatives, including recruitment and training, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Possess expert knowledge of Indian accounting and assurance standards. Experience with UK GAAP, US GAAP, or International assurance standards is beneficial.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with effective interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, or Qualified ACCA/CPA with 7-8 years of relevant experience. Articleship with top-tier accounting firms is preferred.

Experience in external assurance reviews within mid-to-top-tier accounting firms or large companies, preferably in a Shared Service environment, is required.
