We are seeking qualified accountants with exceptional leadership capabilities to join our dynamic team.

Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates to support a portfolio of engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with EY methodology and client expectations. Develop strong relationships with global counterparts, embedding EY Risk Management procedures into engagement work. Proactively manage workflows, allocate resources, monitor performance, and oversee operational matters. Foster a positive work culture by encouraging team contributions, leading by example, delegating effectively, and conducting performance reviews with constructive feedback and training. Drive standardization of assurance processes and leverage best practices, while actively participating in organizational initiatives and contributing to technical and soft-skills development.

To excel in this role, you must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, or a Qualified ACCA/CPA with 7-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Articleship with a reputable accounting firm is essential. Prior experience within a mid-to-top-tier accounting firm focusing on external or assurance reviews, or within an MNC or larger Indian company's shared service environment, especially with Big 4 firms (Indian & Global practice), is highly valued. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required, alongside strong commercial acumen and a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
