We are actively seeking driven individuals with experience in conducting essential assurance testing for financial year-end processes, catering to the Europe or US regions. Your core responsibilities will involve meticulously documenting the execution of specific review procedures as dictated by engagement teams. You will develop a foundational understanding of various industries and identify potential technical issues. Maintaining awareness of current business and economic trends relevant to clients will be key.

You will be responsible for analyzing financial statements to pinpoint unusual relationships or potential review issues, escalating these to your supervisor. Collaboration with seniors and engagement teams to establish clear goals and duties is essential. Delivering work in accordance with EY standards, project plans, and designated methodologies is paramount.

Demonstrate professionalism, competence, and clear communication when interacting with team members. Cultivate a strong client focus, respond promptly to team requests, and foster productive working relationships. Where appropriate, challenge existing procedures to enhance review techniques and compare the efficiency of review processes across clients, proposing improvements.
