Document the execution of specific review procedures accurately and clearly. Demonstrate a foundational understanding of relevant industries or sectors and identify technical issues. Stay abreast of current business and economic developments impacting clients. Analyze financial statements to recognize and report potential review issues or unusual relationships to supervisors. Collaborate with senior team members and engagement teams to establish goals and responsibilities. Deliver work in accordance with designated methodologies, project plans, and EY standards. Communicate professionally, competently, and clearly with team members. Maintain a strong client focus, respond promptly to team requests, and cultivate productive working relationships. Challenge existing review procedures where appropriate and seek to enhance review techniques. Compare the efficiency of review procedures across clients and propose improvements. Contribute ideas and opinions to assurance teams, actively listening to and responding to colleagues' views. Utilize technology for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and service delivery enhancement. Uphold EY's ethical and professional standards, including strict data confidentiality.

We are seeking candidates with a CA Completed or CA Inter qualification, coupled with completed articleship. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant professional experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating confidence and an outgoing nature. The ability to manage multiple tasks, pay close attention to detail, prioritize projects effectively, and diligently follow up on routine tasks is crucial.

A solid grasp of basic accounting and book-keeping principles is essential. Excellent written and oral communication abilities, along with a proven capacity to work effectively within a team environment, are highly valued.

An interest in business and commerciality, alongside proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), would be advantageous.
