Seeking an Integrated Operations Assistant Manager to provide robust production, operations support, and application administration for NVIDIA's business and web applications. This role primarily utilizes Microsoft technologies within a mixed application environment, including intranet, extranet, and third-party applications.

Key responsibilities involve all facets of production support, from addressing help requests and installations to intricate debugging, root cause analysis, and managing application design, deployment, and monitoring within a change management framework.

Drive production support, handle application administration, and manage business and web applications.

Oversee the application environment, which is predominantly Microsoft-based, supporting intranet, extranet, and third-party systems.

Engage in daily tasks including production support activities, responding to help requests, performing installations and configurations, debugging, troubleshooting, and conducting root cause analysis. Contribute to application design and deployment projects, manage changes, and implement monitoring solutions.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree with approximately five years of dedicated experience as an application support administrator, particularly within a Microsoft-centric IT landscape.

Demonstrated expertise in administering applications on AWS/Azure cloud platforms, with at least two years of hands-on experience.

Possess a strong technical grasp of n-tiered Microsoft platforms and application architectures, coupled with significant experience in Web Server technologies like IIS and Apache.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, understanding of common network protocols (HTTP, FTP) and SSL, and the ability to troubleshoot network issues using tools like Wireshark.

Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills are essential, along with extensive experience supporting ASP/.Net applications, both custom-developed and off-the-shelf.

Experience in application security and the ability to reverse engineer systems for effective troubleshooting of applications, databases, and operating systems are critical. The capacity to fine-tune applications for performance issues is also required.

Solid knowledge of automatic CI/CD deployment practices and a thorough understanding of monitoring systems and methodologies are necessary. Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are vital for articulating technical designs, strategies, and problems to management. Working knowledge of SQL databases is also expected.
